Anthony R Page - the owner/operator of Blue Bistro Creative and Dan Moore, Jr. – program director of APEX Museum TV Network are partnering to develop content that centers Black leaders from across the diaspora. In a digital series titled ANCESTRAL ACCENTS, the team will honor and amplify little-known historical figures through a collection of short video performances featuring talent from the Studio Blue Acting Conservatory.

Debuting on Thursday, March 2, 2023, the team will begin releasing videos periodically on a dedicated YouTube channel as well as a simulcast on the APEX Museum's TV Network available on ROKU.
The series will feature performances by:
Angel Henderson (Queen Philippa of Hainaut),
Jerome Manning (James Baldwin),
Cheryl Evette Booker (Queen Nzinga Mbandi),
Dexter Matthews (William Haden),
Azhane Kennedy (Phillis Wheatley),
Keena Graham (Ethel Waters),
Tarika Holland (Anna Julia Cooper),
Tommi Cole (Matilda Sissieretta Jones),
Sefora Adjaho (Queen Tassi Hangbe), and
Patrice Hrabowskie (Lingeer Ndaté Yalla Mbodj).
Hrabowskie, who also serves as the production coordinator for the series, stated “From Africa to Europe, to here in the United States, Ancestral Accents is a series that will captivate anyone yearning to learn more about countless powerful Black leaders that were washed away to forgotten history.”
The production was completed by Dunimas Film Brokers at Back Drop Studios.
